Advanced Editorial Assistant

Journal BiNET publication is looking for an Advanced Editorial Assistant to provide specified editorial and administrative support to the executive editors. This position also assists in all stages of the editorial process from acquisition to publication. 

Specifically, the Advanced Editorial Assistant:

• Provides editorial and administrative support to executive editors
  
• Corresponds with authors, agents and other professional contacts
  
• Writes and format manuscripts and prepare galley proof 
  
• Assists with acquisition paperwork and profit & loss statements
  
• Reads unsolicited manuscripts and writes editorial letters
  
• Proven ability to work within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment

Assistant Marketing Manager

Journal BiNET publication is looking for marketing manager oversee and contribute to its different journals marketing strategy including online advertising, promotions and conference proceedings.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning all call for paper, including author guideline, entertaining and the strategic promotion to get more article from different countries
  
• Building and managing relationships with different universities, public librarians, and committee members
  
• Directing advertising plans and promotional projects by the Executive Editor
  
• Following trends in publication services and keeping up to date on changes
  
• Developing and executing creative marketing plans for key titles
  
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the Journals market
  
• Planning and managing the conference budget

Journal Representative — at Universities

Journal BiNET publication is looking for few journal representative to in-country or oversee for the promotion of different journals, including submission and publication.

Specifically, the Journal Representative:

• Convey journal brochure, offerings and promote journal to potential authors
  
• Keep relation with editor, reviewer, professors and authors at the university
  
• Increase submission of manuscripts from university 
  
• Attend conferences at the university and develop conference issues 
  
• Deliver re-prints to authors at the university
  
• Keep good contact with editorial office
